The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, overseeing technicians and contractors, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in cable and fiber installation, as well as the ability to travel as needed.

Pay Structure:

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Possess a valid Driver’s License (No DUI)

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Work independently for extended periods of time

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of aerial and underground cable construction

• Experience and knowledge in Telecommunications industry

• Working knowledge of engineering work prints, ability to understand and interpret construction documents

• Knowledge of outside plant safety procedures

• Ability to direct crews and communicate with teammates and customers

• Ability to work nights and weekends, if necessary

General Duties but not limited to:

• The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, overseeing technicians and contractors, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards

• Manage day-to-day field operations for an assigned team, communicate with local support staff, and resolve issues as they arise

• Enforce client safety standards by conducting random safety site inspections

• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
