Full job description
Traveling Groundman working with Advantage will assist aerial linemen with the installation of fiber optic cabling and aid in the placement of anchors/hardware. Working at Advantage, a successful Groundman is familiar with a wide variety of tools and equipment, interested in gaining the ability to read and understand prints/maps, safety rules, learn operating instructions and have a basic understanding of cabling and low voltage cabling. New hires will be entrusted with driving commercial motor vehicles as a primary function.
Pay Structure
· Competitive salary Wage: Depending on experience
· Overtime available
· Medical/Dental/Vision/Supplemental – Eligible after 90 days of employment
· 401k up to 3.5% match - Eligible after 6 months
Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Possess a valid Driver’s License (No DUI)

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

- Able to set work zones up properly, use PPE, follow safe work practices, policies and procedures set for by our company.
